Employed position with full autonomy in a physician-led setting
Clinic & Surgical Balance: General ophthalmology with preference
for cataract specialists; dedicated surgery day in-house
Predictable Lifestyle Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM with
nights and weekends free; flexible 4.5-day option available
Established Referral Base: Robust community ties and favorable
payor mix (60% Medicare / 40% Commercial) Compensation & Benefits:
High-Earning Potential: Guaranteed salary $400K-$475K with 30%
collections sharing for $600K potential Generous Transition
