Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Hopewell, VA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,136 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Virginia Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Hopewell, Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts with every other weekend; no call required Highlights: 11-bed Intensive Care Unit with patient ratios of 2:1 (may surge to 1:3) Care for high-acuity patients including ventilator management, intubation assistance, bronchoscopy, SLED, TEE, and cardioversions EMR system: Meditech with GE bedside monitoring equipment Collaborative team environment with 3–5 RNs per shift and dedicated unit support staff on days Flexibility to float to PCU, Telemetry, or ER (holds only, not ER patients) No on-call shifts Requirements: Active RN license in Virginia ICU nursing experience required ACLS and BLS certifications (current and valid) Demonstrated ability to care for critically ill patients Competency in monitoring rhythm strips, recognizing changes, and escalating appropriately Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role is ideal for a high-energy ICU nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
