working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Newport News, Virginia, 23601! Job Title: Registered Nurse

months in medical-surgical nursing experience License: Valid
nursing license required Certifications: ACLS BLS NIHSS Must-Have:
Must have experience with EPIC charting system Must have NIH and
stroke education Description: This is a medical-surgical float
position. Locals are accepted. Candidates must have experience
floating to various units, including medical, surgical, neuro, and
orthopedic. The average patient ratio is 1:5 during the day and 1:6
at night. Oncology experience is not required for chemotherapy
administration. Candidates should have experience interpreting and
managing dysrhythmias. Interdisciplinary support includes physical
therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Specialties
within the unit may include total joint replacement and trauma
care. All assignments will require flexibility based on the needs
of the facility. All candidates must provide one supervisory
reference. Specialty nursing experience within the last year is
required. COVID-19 vaccination is not required. Flu vaccine status
