Experience: 2 years Cath Lab experience License: Current state
license in hand required Certifications: BLS, ACLS; current RCIS,
RCVT, or RCES Must-Have: No prior license or background hits
Description: Seeking a Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week assignment with
the potential for extension. The position involves varying shifts
between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. There will be rotating weekday,
weekend, and holiday call responsibilities. Responsibilities may
include assignments in Electrophysiology or Cath Holding. Must be
skilled in minimally invasive cardiac procedures and full-service
electrophysiology. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited
cardiovascular technology program. Candidates must obtain a
Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist registry. No candidates with
ARRT certifications will be considered. The position typically
requires 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime. All
members of the team rotate call, averaging about 12 days per month.
Must be prepared to cover holidays, as no time off will be granted
during this period. A complete understanding of the necessary
patient care and equipment is essential. Candidates are expected to
demonstrate knowledge during evaluations. Fit testing requirements
are necessary for compliance. Modules may be required to be
completed prior to the start date. Candidates must meet all
