Overview Full-time Advance Practice Provider role open in
Virginia Beach! Manage chronic conditions of your own patient
panel, seeing 6-8 patients per day, Monday - Friday, no
weekends/evenings! HarmonyCares is a leading national value-based

Responsibilities The Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants we
seek are those who have directly related experience in home health,
geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse
Practitioner/Physician Assistant who wants to practice medicine
with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to
take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.
Qualifications Licensed as a NP/PA in the State where HarmonyCares
Medical Group office located Federal DEA License/eligibility
Geriatric training/experience preferred Active CPR/BLS
Certification Board Certification Pay Transparency Individual
