Job Description:

Assists Mohs surgeon by providing instruments, sterilizing supplies, and supporting procedures. Ensures patient areas are clean, organized, and stocked. Performs medical assisting duties such as vital signs, assisting during excisions, and handling medications. Supports lab and pathology processing, photographs Mohs stages, and conducts point-of-care testing. Maintains sterile technique and instruments, and manages room setup and turnover. Communicates courteously with patients and staff, documents in EMR, and manages inventory. Provides injections with proper competency, assists with OSHA checks, and maintains pathology logs. Willing to travel between practice locations for coverage. Upholds safety, privacy, and quality standards, completing required training. Qualifications include high school diploma, certification (CDT, CMA, RMA), and 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Skills in infection control, patient communication, medical terminology, organization, and multitasking are essential.
