individual to join our team as a Medical Coding Specialist.Position
Status: Full-time, Day ShiftPosition Location: Patient Accounting
(Norfolk, VA)Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).Position
Summary:Comprehensive understanding of the entire billing cycle,
medical terminology, coding, charge entry, insurance adjudication,
contractual agreements, payment posting, statements and
collections.Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of multi-specialty coding experience with Current
Procedural Terminology (CPT)
- International Classification of Diseases version 10 (ICD-10),
Heath Care Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) and Modifier
Coding preferred.
