Unit as a Registered Nurse and take advantage of our unique

environment.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN to
fill this full-time position, working 36 hours per week on night
shifts. As a Unit Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring
the smooth operation of our 42-bed Medical Specialties Unit,
providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our team's
exceptional teamwork and collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
- Function in a charge nurse/staffing capacity role, ensuring
efficient patient care and unit operations
- Participate in audits, staff schedules, patient experience, and
committee work to drive quality and excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide
comprehensive care and support to patients and families
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes
