We are specifically looking for dedicated and passionate QMHPs to join our team in providing Mental Health Skill Building Services and Intensive In-Home Services. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a full caseload of 30-40 hours per week and should embrace the opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding Behavioral Health provider.Requirements:Provide direct care to program participants.Progress notes and assists with gathering information for assessmentMaintain a caseload of multiple clients.Reduce the risk of out-of-home placement or assist in the return from out-of-home placement.Attend weekly supervision with the Clinical Supervisor.Demonstrates an awareness, appreciation, and respect for diverse cultures and individual differences of clients and fellow employees.Utilizes approved skills curriculum with youth, adults, and families to help improve behavior.Keeps the family and team members informed on progress toward achieving Service/Treatment Plan goals.Maintains accurate and concise documentation of all services, contacts, and collaboration with clients, families, and community partners.
