Summary You will serve as a Warrior and Family Support Program
Manager in the Innovation, Plans, Policy, FAC(N5) Division of
COMNAVRESFORThis is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number:

specific program guidance and materials for the Warrior and Family
Support Program.--- You will ensure that all Warrior and Family
Support Programs' analysis, evaluation, and requirements throughout
the Navy Reserve are standardized.--- You will provide
interpretation and implementation of policies, short and long-term
planning, information and referral, and education and training.---
You will act as a consultant and technical resource advisor to Navy
Reserve Activities and Commanding Officers concerning program
issuesRequirements Conditions of Employment--- Must be a US

problems; 2) Identifying and developing ways to resolve
programmatic issues and coordinating annual requirements; 3)
Utilizing management practices and procedures for needs assessment,
program development, analysis, planning, and evaluation; 4)
Applying policy or directives to develop and recommend program
goals, objectives, policies, procedures, methods and techniques;
and 5) Preparing and presenting findings that recommend specific
actions regarding diverse populace/clientele, (e.g., the many
