experienced professional to join our team as a IT Program Manager.*
This position is 100% remote but candidates must have a current
residence in one of the follow states or being willing to relocate:

Requirements:Bachelor's Degree ; Experience in lieu of Bachelor
level degree3 years of relevant experience with degree 5+ years of
relevant experience without degree A relevant professional
certification is required - PPM /PgMP/ ACPJob Description:Technical
Program Management Office (PMO) work is accountable for providing
central expertise, support, and control for an organization's
technical projects/programs including:*Developing technical
program/project management best practices/templates and providing
training/mentoring to project teams *Monitoring dependencies across
multiple inter-related technical projects *Gathering and reporting
consolidated technical project status and financial information to
leadership Responsibilities typically include: * Ability to
organize and manage projects into a program or portfolio for proper
resource coordination and scope definition.* Able to leverage
relationships with leadership throughout the organization to
resolve conflict and issues as they arise. * Able to leverage
experience to manage larger, more complex projects and programs.*
Policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year
or less). * Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex. *
Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies,
