This position can be 100% remote in the following US States:: AR, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, WI.: Client Implementations Manager Overview:: Clarus Commerce is searching for a Client Implementations Manager who will report to the Director of Product Management. If you are someone who has worked in an Operations or Technology Department, has an "Operational or Analytical Mindset", then this is the role for you. The Client Implementations Manager will act as a key player in on-boarding new clients, operational management of existing clients, including troubleshooting and delivery of new marketing programs for all clients. Responsibilities of :Client Implementations Manager:: Client Implementations. You've been the great listener in client on-boarding practices for 3+ years and you're ready to use your technical/operational background to bridge the gap between the client requests, sales, and delivery teams to onboard new clients or enhance relationships of existing clients. Agile mindset. You thrive on collaboration, adding value, increased efficiency, and adaptability to improve overall delivery. Contribute. You collaborate to understand requirements, define the delivery, own the implementation decisions and communication between both parties, and conduct all end-to-end testing execution. Translate. You enjoy translating business, technical, and operational requirements from a customer into user stories. People skills. You will work with clients, customers, software engineers, and product owners. Inquisitive and results driven. You research and analyze operations of each program to ensure efficiencies, operational accuracy, and suggestions for improvement. Skills and Experience of Client Implementations Manager:: 3+ years of quantitative, technical, or operational experience with mix of business, operational, and IT knowledge 3+ years of story writing, business analyst, system analyst, or product ownership experience Must be a self-starter and capable of multi-tasking with strong operational and problem-solving skills in a strong mix of business, analytical, communication, and IT knowledge Critical and logical thinker while being hyper-focused on the details, succeed at telling the story from the data Excellent written and verbal communication skills with focused ability to present operational/technical concepts to various types/levels of audiences Experience with project management tools such as Jira, flow chart tools such as LucidCharts, and database or reporting tools such as SQL or Tableau Perks and Benefits of the Client Implementations Manager:: Unlimited PTO, closing every Friday at 2pm (all year round) and a paid week off between Christmas and New Year's Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, disability, Life, Safe Harbor 401K plan with a 3% contribution from Clarus, 100% vested to you right away DEI Program and Wellness Program with great prizes Every employee is budgeted money annually for training opportunities Tons of opportunity for mentorship and growth (career trajectories for employees) Clarus Commerce is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
