CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI This job is located in: JBLE, Hampton Roads, VA. The System Administrator will support the development, integration and administration of web portals resident on multiple classified secure domains to track and collaborate on US Air Force (USAF) Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) initiatives. Primary Responsibilities : Create and manage custom workflows (encompassing filters, dashboards, automations, etc.) and web pages; collaborate with internal / external USAF unit and Intelligence Community (IC) personnel necessary to accomplish network account assignments, accesses and resolution of trouble calls. Develop user-training materials; and facilitate remote, classroom and over-the-shoulder training. Assist in the creation of short- and long-term strategies for data maintenance and upgrades. Maintain, adhere and continuously improve MS SharePoint and Jira/Confluence capabilities in compliance with Enterprise Process Management System (EPMS) business practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline and 6 years of experience OR a AAS and 10 years of experience. Must have Four (4) years of system administration or web development experience OR a minimum of ten (10) years experience in related technical disciplines. Must have familiarity with MS SharePoint and/or Jira Confluence and be able to independently post, retrieve, customize and search for products. Previous MS SharePoint and Jira / Confluence development experience is highly desired but not required. Possess demonstrated / effective oral and written communication skills to perform these duties. Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production. Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes. Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings. Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals. Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category. Demonstrates ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced. Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines. Demonstrates ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution. Demonstrates ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems. Provides guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies. Uses argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives. Required Experience: At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Required Education: Bachelors degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, or have associates degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelors degree. Desired: Applicants with current DoD 8570 certification Familiarity / practical experience with AF Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) operating systems, ISR domains, open source intelligence and all source analysis is highly desired. Familiarity with commercial cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google) and Dept of Defense / IC ISR cloud environments, proficiency in web development and software development programming languages (such as JavaScript, SQL, HTML5, Python, C#, C++, CSS) Why work for QSL?
