Job Description:

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Pharmacy Clinical Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Hiring, performance management, training, and professional development of team
Overseeing day to day activities of the team
Ensuring clinical programs, operations, and consulting focus effectively delivers on the strategic direction of the program
Qualifications Include:

Pharmacist with an advanced degree (e.g. PharmD, MBA, MHA, MPH)
Active state Pharmacist License
6 years of pharmacy experience
Completed American Society of Health-System Pharmacists ASHP-accredited residency program
Experience in a managed care pharmacy
Demonstrated experience analyzing trends and making recommendations based on the analysis
