Join Valeo and revolutionize the conditions of visibility for both drivers and passengers!Your challenge....Within the marketing team, in liaison with the VSA Digital team, you are the local Digital Champion. You will deploy the global strategy with local efficiency. You have 4 core missions:

  • Generate and optimise your traffic
  • Turn visitors into qualified leads
  • Turn qualified leads into ambassadors and animate our community (garage network, loyalty program)
  • Manage local eCommerce platforms with Sales Manager and VSA teamYour geographical scope covers US, CANADA, MEXICO.You are part of the Marketing North America team in the US headquarter of Valeo Service.You will be in contact with coll--gues based in North America, South America, Central VSA teams and our digital factory in Cairo Egypt.You are a team player and performer.You like to interact with Marketing, Tech Care, Sales, IT and data profiles within the organisation.You are able to go on the field and capture Distributors, distribution, mechanics pain points / opportunities.You have your head in the sky and your feets on the floor. You have a key role to turn Valeo Service into a digital automotive aftermarket player.You will manage the traffic generation, the animation of our Loyalty Program and customer portal, and ultimately grow our Ecommerce sales.
    • Generate and optimise your traffic:In coordination with the VSA traffic Manager, you manage the different traffic levers like SEO, SEA, Social media (ie Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) to generate targeted audience mainly workshops & distributors. You are the referral to identify local opportunities with whatsapp or any local social network.You continuously track and improve your performance on all digital touch points. You are the local key contact for dashboards and metrics (Google Analytics) on digital activities in order to optimize our budgets for acquisition.
      • Turn visitors into qualified leadsYou will adapt and create your content for news, fairs, and strive for the efficiency of our tools and services like Tech@ssist parts finder & technical documentation, Webinars in liaison with TechCare team. You need to embarq our local distributors and workshops to use our website in order to generate more sales, capture data, and lighten the back office workload.
        • Turn qualified leads into ambassadors and animate our community (garage network)In coordination with the VSA CRM/Lead Manager, you are the expert on lead nurturing and enrich marketing automation strategy. The objective is to engage our audience, then to increase their customer value score and ultimately to boost their turnover / Valeo market share. You need to turn our visitors into leads and to engage them by becoming customers and ambassadors. You will have to identify their pain points and propose a solution to solve them.
          • Manage local eCommerce platforms with IKAM Retail and eCommerceIn coordination with the VSA eCommerce Marketing Manager, you develop, deploy and follow up our local eCommerce players. You feed content, enrich marketing campaigns for eCommerce accounts. You implement promotional activities in line with yearly objectives. Ecommerce is key in this position
            • Support animation and communication toward customersFollow up creation and adaptation of tools linked to the animation of product lines: update of transversal materials (tools and services)
              Qualifications Let's Talk about you!
              • Bachelor's degree in business, eCommerce, digital, administration, engineering, trade, marketing or other related fields
              • 3 to 5 years of digital marketing and Ecommerc experience, preferable in the automotive industry
              • Experience in the automotive industry or B2B industry is a plus

                • If you can demonstrate fluency in the Spanish language (reading, writing) and experience in the aftermarket, auto parts channel/industry it is preferred.
