WHAT WE LL EXPECT FROM YOU DAY TO DAY. Assist the general manager
in leading a team with integrity and a sense of purpose. Do you
think on time is late? Great, because we need you to be reliable
and punctual. Provide ongoing direction, coaching, and training to
crew members. Cash management: counting cash drawers and preparing
bank deposits Hold yourself and those you manage accountable to
Your Pie brand standards. Help shifts operate super smoothly and
execute job duties with the utmost pride and attention to detail.
Ensure crew members follow all checklists, store rules and
policies. Assist general manager with weekly inventory counts, food
orders, and employee shift scheduling as needed.
