Provide ongoing direction, coaching, and training to crew members Cash management: counting cash drawers and preparing bank deposits Hold yourself and those you manage accountable to Which Wich brand standards. Help shifts operate super smoothly and execute job duties with the utmost pride and attention to detail. Ensure crew members follow all checklists, store rules and policies. Complete weekly inventory counts, food orders, and employee shift scheduling as needed
