Job Description:The Philanthropic Client Manager serves as the primary relationship manager and point of contact for philanthropic clients for Bank of America's private wealth management business. In this role, the PCM is responsible for overall client satisfaction, service excellence and execution of client goals for a diverse array of nonprofit, foundation and charitable trust clients. The PCM works closely with and is responsible for coordinating the full array of teammates surrounding each client and implementing annual action plans for each client. The PCM is also an integral part of growing the philanthropic client business responsibly and representing philanthropic capabilities in the community. Additional responsibilities include:Administer grant programs and distributions to nonprofit beneficiaries-- -Work with COIs and the professional community to develop a network of external referral partnersDrive relationship expansion opportunities for existing clients and proactively identify prospective clients with sales partnersRepresent specialized fiduciary and relationship management functions in the sales process, including presentations in competitive bidsCollaborate with teammates to deliver our full array of integrated solutions to clientsBuild rapport with clients and internal partners that helps drive trusted relationships and client satisfactionPromote the full breadth of our philanthropic services and solutions internally and externally to grow businessEnsuring philanthropic accounts are in compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures and managing fiduciary riskProvide coaching and oversight of administrative and support staff, working collaboratively to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables Requirements:5- 7 years directly related experience in nonprofit, foundation and/or wealth management roles working directly with clients, principals and decision makersSignificant knowledge of the nonprofit sector and the legal, tax, investment and compliance aspects of philanthropic administrationExperience managing and administering professional grantmaking programs on behalf of private foundations and/or charitable trustsStrong communication and influence/collaboration skillsAbility to assess business risk, escalate identified issues to partners and see through successful remediationBachelor's degreeMust be able to travel up to 25%-- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- -Job Band:H4Shift:-- -1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40Weekly Schedule:Referral Bonus Amount:0 --> Job Description:The Philanthropic Client Manager serves as the primary relationship manager and point of contact for philanthropic clients for Bank of America's private wealth management business.
