Talent Acquisition Director develops the talent acquisition
strategy, manages the talent acquisition team, identifies talented
candidates, and monitors the recruitment efforts from sourcing of
candidates to their hiring and onboarding. The Director's goal is
to help CMA CGM in its growth by hiring qualified candidates. The
Director leads the process to seek out the most qualified
individuals, assessing their skills, determining where they would
best fit best in CMA CGM and ultimately convince the individuals to
join the company. The Director also oversees the process of
strategically looking for specialists, leaders, future executives,
or other qualified professionals for specific positions within the
company. In order to succeed in this role, applicants must have
prior experience building a company's employer brand by working in
a similar senior role.This position will be responsible to:*
Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to plan long-term and
annual talent needs and tactics across business units -- determine
current and--future hiring needs * Develop hiring plans and talent
acquisition strategies * Lead our sourcing strategies* Build strong
talent pipelines to satisfy our current, as well as, future hiring
needs* Provide leadership to the talent acquisition team,
communicate assigned goals/objectives, direct their day-to-day
operations, manage escalations and measure performance * Oversee
the process of strategically looking for specialists, leaders,
future executives, or other qualified professionals for specific
positions within the company * Champion an outstanding process
experience for candidates and our business partners by continuously
earning trust and establishing strong relationships that position
Talent Acquisition as a critical partner* Create a road map and
communicate progress and projects that support the strategy with
leaders and peers* Develop and implement a talent
acquisition/recruiting strategy that ensures hiring the right
talent, in the right place, at the right time, to meet the needs of
the organization * Lead and manage employment branding efforts *
Build strong talent pipelines to satisfy our current, as well as,
future hiring needs* Lead our sourcing strategies* Monitor the
internal/external environment and identify opportunities to enhance
recruiting results* Provides thought leadership in design &
strategy to business leaders, HR business partners and the talent
management team* Manage, train and evaluate our talent acquisition
team members* Measure recruitment metrics for monitoring
performance (e.g. time-to-hire, source-of-hire etc.)* Monitor and
adjust strategies, standards, practices and programs, as needed,
based on evaluation of key metrics such as time to fill vacancies,
voluntary turnover rates, first-year turnover rates, readiness of
candidates for key vacancies and management satisfaction with
recruiting results* Create, expand and refine a reliable and
consistent candidate pipeline through innovative sourcing and
attraction techniques for inbound and outbound call center staff
and various supervisory and leadership roles * Leverage forecast
and pipeline data to identify obstacles and implement process
improvements with a focus on efficiency and excellent
candidate/team experience * Generate interest with potential
candidates through active networking within a wide range of
professional and industry-specific organizations * Identify
relevant industry trends or market obstacles and proactively
communicate to leadership including market findings, candidate
reaction to the opportunity, compensation data, etc. * Participate
in and host recruitment events for driving our company's awareness*
Oversee the candidate experience (e.g. application process,
communications and interviews)* Implement offline, as well as
online, employer branding initiatives* Prepare, review, and monitor
annual recruiting budget Skill Sets / Education & Experience
Requirements* Master's degree in Human Resources Management,
Business Management, Human Behavior or a relevant field* Prior
experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Director* 7+ years of
proven, measurable success recruiting high-quality candidates *
Experience managing employer branding initiatives and full cycle
recruiting* Experience with MS Office* Sound knowledge of various
sourcing techniques/tools (e.g. professional platforms, social
networks)* Familiarity with professional platforms, job boards, and
social media channels, especially LinkedIn* Sound knowledge of all
labor regulations and fair employment practices* Familiarity with
HR practices and metrics * Exceptional negotiation skills* Ability
to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with
candidates and with internal teams and external partners*
Experience with resume databases * Experience with managing talent
acquisition using an HRIS system* Excellent leadership and
strategic thinking skills* Ability to make quick decisions while
working in a fast-paced environment* Strong verbal and non-verbal
communication skills* Exceptional team-management and
