Roofing Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager
to oversee daily operations and ensure successful execution of
commercial roofing projects. This role requires strong leadership,
strategic planning, and collaboration across teams to meet company
goals and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Lead
planning and execution of roofing projects. Set and communicate
operational strategies and objectives. Supervise project managers
and field teams for effective project delivery. Maintain schedules
to meet customer demands and budget goals. Identify and implement
process improvements and new technologies. Resolve operational
challenges with a solutions-oriented approach. Collaborate with
leadership and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications: Proven experience as an Operations Manager in
commercial roofing. Strong knowledge of roofing materials,
techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership and team
management skills. Proficiency in project management software and
Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage budgets and control
costs. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards. Education & Physical
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability
to traverse job sites and lift up to 25 lbs.
