The Engineering Clerk will develop submittals, manuals and documentation for Engineering projects. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a difference. Responsibilities: Creating Engineering documents/submittals (will train) Estimating drawings or documents Creating, copying and filing Engineering reference manuals Input information into designated databases or other record keeping systems Creating and Printing Engineering Bill of Material documents entered from satellite offices or to support local engineering Drawing Files (Hard Copies) Delivery of field material to job sites or pickup material from suppliers Take notes and attend meetings with project managers or engineers as required Interact with customers in a professional manner Track and order office supplies and service for copiers and/or plotters Plotting of AutoCAD files in support of Engineering or Estimating Plotting drawings from satellite offices Entering and printing 'ladder logic' programs in support of engineering Skills / Qualifications Skills/Education: High School diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required; Adobe Acrobat a plus Solid problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Must be able to lift up to 25lbs Must have a valid driver's license Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required CEC Controls is a Wood Automation and Controls company Company Overview Wood is a global leader in the delivery of project, engineering and technical services to energy and industrial markets.
