What you will do as an instructor : Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Assess students learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes What we are looking for in a instructor: Passion for math and working with students Excellent interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and be trained Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra II Comfort teaching higher maths such as Trigonometry, Statistics, Pre-Calc and Calc would also be preferred, but not essential. As part of our hiring process here at Mathnasium, all applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency.
