Job Description Job Description Summary Child Care Substitutes
support children with their physical and emotional needs, foster
critical skills development, and ensure a safe and fun learning
environment. The teachers will monitor children's developmental
progress, oversee learning activities, and tend to children’s basic
needs like preparing meals or changing diapers. This position
reports to the Director of the Child Care Center. Duties We are
searching for substitute teachers who can be available on an
as-needed basis when staff need a day off. This may be a good
opportunity for a retired teacher or college student who wants to
work a few hours, or a full day when needed! The center operates
from 7:30am to 5:30pm, shifts range from 5 to 8 hours! Job Types:
Part-time, Full-time Job Responsibilities include but are not
limited to: Supervising young children in a classroom setting
Creating and implementing lesson plans Maintaining a clean learning
environment Ensure the daily care of every child by following all
licensing guidelines and implementing company standards Communicate
directly with parents to achieve success for the child Maintain a
fun and interactive environment Requirements Minimum Job
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma
or equivalent Have experience in Early Childhood Education or
related field Satisfactory applicant background per state
regulations Nice To Haves Experience: Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
Childcare: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Child
Development Associate Certification (Preferred) CPR Certification
