Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
to support students across all grade levels from Kindergarten
through 12th grade in a school setting located in Chesapeake, VA.
This full-time, contract position is available ASAP and continues
through the end of the school year, offering a diverse K-12
caseload including elementary, middle, and high school students.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and
develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy sessions
tailored to each students unique needs across all grade levels.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote
student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress
reports in compliance with school and state requirements.
Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license.
Experience working with pediatric populations in educational
settings. Ability to manage a caseload spanning pre-school through
12th grade. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Flexibility to adapt therapy approaches for students of varying
