Job Description As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol in Elizabeth City, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Armed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within the location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. This armed post requires you to conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with others and upholding the highest standards of integrity and reliability. Your role is essential in supporting a caring culture that puts people first while maintaining a secure atmosphere for all individuals on site. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military is required. North Carolina Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
