Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Operator (Open Shifts) ($20-22/hr.) Job Description As a Production Operator, you will oversee multiple operations on a production line, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will be cross-trained to perform different tasks every two hours, contributing to a dynamic and versatile work environment. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Responsibilities Oversee multiple operations on a production line. Cross-train and perform different tasks every two hours. Label boxes in preparation for shipping. Run laminator for product completion. Perform visual quality checks to ensure standards are met. Follow all safety policies and procedures diligently. Maintain a safe and organized work area. Essential Skills General labor experience. Forklift operation skills. Machine operation proficiency. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must be able to lift 50 lbs throughout the shift. Ability to work effectively with other team members on the production line. Capable of working in a fast-paced production setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beach City, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
