Job Description Job Description Salary: 85,000 - 105,000 George Nice & Sons will be adding Project Managers to our team. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package at or above industry standards. Compensation is based on experience and certifications. We are seeking a motivated self-starter for a full-time Project Manager position to join our team. Candidates must be well versed in the underground utility and sitework industry. Duties and responsibilities: Review plans and specifications to thoroughly understand the scope of a project. Attend project meetings and conduct site visits. Create schedules, budgets, change order proposals, process submittals, RFIs, and other typical construction administrative items. Manage crews and subcontractors on various projects. Assist the lead estimator with bidding projects. Manage cost control, billings, collections, change management and monthly status reports. Qualifications: Expert in reading and comprehending blueprints and other construction documents. Expert in the sitework and underground utility industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer and software skills preferably in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize responsibilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Required Experience Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline 7 years of experience in site development, underground utilities, or road building.
