Administrative Assistant Job Description Position Overview : Sea Level Counseling and Wellness is seeking an administrative assistant. Administrative Assistant will work 20-25 hours per week, Monday- Friday, supporting the mental wellness services offered. This includes scheduling client calls, some billing management, client support, and ensuring our staff is supported. This position also includes managing the practice's social media platforms. There is potential for increased hours as the company expands. Reports to : Administrative Director Duties/Responsibilities : Manage intake calls for Sea Level Counseling and Wellness Schedule new and follow up clients Assist Administrative Director with insurance benefits checks. Assisting Onboarding Director with new hires and with social media management (creating and publishing posts). Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required. Attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by Sea Level Counseling and Wellness. Passion for working with others (being collaborative) and helping our team members grow and learn. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills : Align with mission, vision, and values. Must be compassionate and value customer service. Must be punctual in reporting to work. Be organized, detail oriented, and a critical thinker. Knowledge of social media management . Take ownership and accountability over job duties. Be a team player. Be able to work independently on tasks assigned. Have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Administrative and/or clinical background.
